Mustard seed is available in following packages – 25 kg sacks, big bags of 1000 kg and also in bulk. Mustard seed – signs of quality: maximum dampness 10%, purity 98.5%, maximum 0.3% Sinapsis arvensis and maximum 0.3% Galumin, maximum of 5% of pale and damaged seeds.

Other information:

Mustard seed is used in food industry and is available in two kinds, Sinapsos alba ( variety Zlata and Veronika ) and Brassica yuncea.
